CityStream dives beneath the waves with remotely operated vehicles, or ROVs! First, we join the Seattle Aquarium to see how they monitor sea otter populations and why healthy otters mean a healthy ocean. Next, we follow Triton Robotics, a Seattle high school team pushing to build the world’s best underwater ROV. And to wrap things up, we take a closer look at Puget Sound’s kelp beds (yes, kelp!) and learn why this unsung algae matters more than you think.
